Our establishment of our Society of Women Engineers Next Club was driven by a multifaceted vision. Firstly, we aimed to foster stronger connections among our female members and the broader engineering community. This initiative creates a robust network that empowers members to seek guidance for educational and career choices. Secondly, we sought to inspire others to pursue STEM interests by utilizing SWE's influential platform. This endeavor aligns with our belief that a diverse and inclusive STEM community leads to more creative solutions and groundbreaking discoveries.
